HARRISONVILLE — Organizations and individuals backing the 2nd Amendment are rallying behind 4th Congressional District Republican candidate Vicky Hartzler and are demanding Democrat incumbent Ike Skelton stop telling lies about her support for gun owners’ rights.

A letter from the NRA (attached) contradicts a claim being made by the Skelton campaign in its TV ad.

Sheila Stokes-Begley of Western Missouri Shooters Alliance and Zach Bauer of MissouriCarry.com and Missouri Sport Shooting Association will hold a joint telephone news conference on Wednesday, October 13, at 9:00 am to express their support for Hartzler and to denounce the distortions being spread by the Skelton campaign in its TV ad.
